Remember the 928OC-IC 2000? We attended it, too. |
There's more 928 stuff at my Porsche 928S4 Index Page. |
Helen and I attended the 928OC-IC and really enjoyed ourselves, so I thought I'd throw together a quick page that has all the photos Helen and I took.
Feel free to send me (Ed Scherer) any comments if you'd like.
Here's what I've got:
The photos were shot on film and the negatives scanned; I've got them as large TIFFs, too. If you have any interest in these, contact me and I can make them available to you.
Feel free to use them however you'd like for personal use. Please contact me first prior to any commercial use.
The photos were all shot on conventional film using a Canon EOS-1v with an 28-70mm f/2.8 L USM zoom lens. Film was standard-issue consumer Fuji Superia 200 (I'll admit it: it was a last-minute run to Walmart before leaving for Wichita). Negatives were scanned (and color-, whitepoint-, blackpoint-, etc. -adjusted) on a Canon FS4000US film scanner using Hamrick Software VueScan 8.0.9. A few images were further tweaked using JASC Paintshop Pro 8.10. Final conversion from TIFF to JPEG, resizing, and assembly into HTML-navigable form was done with Adobe Photoshop Album 2.0.1.
Note: I'm tired of film scanning. I'm really seriously considering getting a Canon EOS-1D Mark II or an EOS-1Ds digital body.
